I don’t really like his versions of  Pierra villa franchesca guy…as well as the upper and lower right side paintings, seem pointless.
So far I am not enjoying this video. Kind of a let down.
I like his last poster that he didn’t submit. “Art is whatever remains.” That was a cool design.

Not going to lie, yes I have drank too much at a party out of anxiety. My name is Colin and I was a summer alcoholic.

Wow… a million cups, that’s a sweet picture. But a shocking number of plastic and paper cups…it’s actually pretty disgusting.  That should defiantly change.

The piece of inmates clothing was a waste of paper… ya it’s got meaning but what a waste of ink.

His cigarette skull image is amazing though.  That would be a lot of fun to do a piece of art using objects.  I should try that one time.

Hahaha no comment on the graduation gifts of breast augmentation surgery’s.

I love this guys work though…raw data into a more visual format that everyday people can react too.

We had to do this exercise in drawing class. It’s a pretty fun thing to do(draw your neighbor).
I agree with him when he said to have a good environment where you work so you feel secure and comfort and willing to take risks.
I would love to have a slide at work, or an environment  like pixars.

I like plywood, we use our creativity and make sick bike jumps out of plywood and 2×6’s and what not.
And once again they talk about how school takes away the kids creativity(taking away glue and all the stuff we use in early grades).
Role play is fun, we should do that in class.

So some complications have come up and a big change has happened.  The weather/time of the year isn’t a good time to shoot a video for a vacation get away restor.  Not only are the colors outside on land dull, boring, and dead looking trees, but this is also the time when resorts are the least buisy(hence why a video might not do so well at this time).  Also the resort i was planning on doing, has taken all of their docks out of the water and hoisted them up with cables. They are ugly.  It is alot of work to lower them back down and re-deck them as well.

With all of that being said, i’ve changed my video to another business ad for a “made up” Hunting/Fishing Outfitting  business. I am actually very excited about this new change.  This would allow me to shoot with this weather and time of year because this is when they do the duck/geese hunting that i would be filming.  It’s perfect.  I would still shoot where the customers would “sleep/stay at”, i would shoot all the boating/decoys/shooting/lots of ducks/geese/hunting dog retrieving/the river/customers/where the food would be cooked(I know some people that have a “gourmet” restaurant style kitchen that i could use), calling the ducks, loading the boats, and scenic marshy rivers.  There is also alot more color and scenic shots down the river where most of the hunting footage would be.  I have people that i go hunting with and they are excited to help.  There are such types of businesses that do this, i used to work for one.  This is also in my area of interest and i believe i can do a way better job on this than the “actual resort” video.

I shot some fishing scenes today, as well as brained stormed a large list of shots/ideas and things to get ready.  A story board will be done A.S.A.P, and filming again next Sunday.
